Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Jeferson Cabrera ("we"), who develops and runs Reach World. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

1. The game

Reach World is a free online game that is still in development. This means that:

• It may have bugs, outages and maintenance periods without notice.
• Rules, items, classes and balance may change at any time.
• During development we may reset characters, items or progress (for example, when moving to a new version). We will give advance notice whenever we can.
• The game updates itself when you open it. Updates are signed: only download the game from our official page.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are a minor in your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• An account belongs to one person. Do not share it, sell it or use someone else's.
• You are responsible for your password. If you think someone got into your account, contact us.
• The information you give us (including your email) must be true.

3. Rules of conduct

You may not:

• Use cheats, bots, programs that automate the game, modify the client or deliberately abuse bugs. If you find a serious bug, tell us.
• Attack, flood or try to break into the server or other people's accounts.
• Harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against other players, or post sexual, violent or illegal content in chat.
• Use account, character or guild names that are offensive or impersonate someone else (including us).
• Sell or buy gold, items, characters or accounts for real money.
• Spam or advertise.

4. Sanctions

If you break these rules we may, depending on how serious it is: warn you, mute you in chat, rename a character or guild, remove what was obtained improperly, or suspend or close your account temporarily or permanently. In serious cases (cheating, attacks on the server) we may do so without prior notice.

5. In-game items and currency

Gold, items, characters and everything you obtain in the game are not your property and have no real-money value: they are part of the service and you only have permission to use them inside it. They cannot be exchanged for money.

6. Ownership of the game

The game, its code, world, characters, music and texts belong to Jeferson Cabrera (© 2026, all rights reserved), except for third-party assets, which belong to their authors and are used under their licenses. We give you permission to install and play it for personal use. You may not copy it, sell it, decompile it to cheat or run your own servers based on it.

7. No warranty

The game is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost progress, items or data, or for any damage resulting from using or being unable to use the game.

8. Your data

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

9. Closing your account

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may stop offering the game in the future; we will give advance notice whenever we can.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the game or on the official page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to the rights your own country's law grants you as a consumer. For any question, complaint or notice: jeferjk2009@gmail.com.
